As part of the Business Development team, this position requires managing a book of business with annual contracts valued between $20,000 and $50,000. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to excel in sales while fostering long-lasting customer relationships through strategic support and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue through account renewals and upsells
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Collaborate on new features to enhance customer adoption
• Build meaningful relationships with customers
• Identify and empower customer advocates
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or account management
• Proven success in managing SMB customer territories
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Ability to articulate technical concepts effectively
• Familiarity with MS Office and
