As the Account Executive, you will manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing complex deals with organizations under 1,500 employees. Your quick adaptability and strong executive communication skills will enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. Play a crucial role in strategically managing multi-stakeholder interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full sales cycle in new western territories
• Develop outbound strategies for pipeline creation
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales discussions
• Prioritize accounts to maximize pipeline generation
• Represent Dialogue with confidence at all levels
Requirements:
• 5+ years in B2B sales in complex environments
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
• Strong credibility in selling to HR and finance leaders
• Experience working with brokers is advantageous
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar systems
Utilize your skills in B2B sales to improve access to health services in western Canada.
