Milliken Flooring seeks a Commercial Account Manager to drive revenue in the Toronto area. This role focuses on managing current contracts and acquiring new clients in the contract and hospitality carpet segments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, capable of identifying customer needs and navigating complex sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Exceed revenue and growth targets in assigned territory
• Collaborate with sales team for revenue growth
• Develop and execute sales strategies in A&D and Dealer accounts
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Identify and fill a pipeline with winnable projects
Requirements:
• Reside in the Toronto market area
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years of industry sales experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to travel up to 30%
• Comfortable lifting materials up to 40lbs
