This hybrid role is focused on expanding Dialogue's existing partner portfolio while fostering new relationships in the global market. Candidates should possess a strong skill set in outbound prospecting and relationship management, with a particular focus on driving net new ARR and enhancing existing partnerships in the insurance and specialty sectors. You'll also engage in cross-functional collaboration to support partner success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and close new partner opportunities globally
• Execute targeted outbound prospecting across various channels
• Manage the entire sales cycle effectively
• Conduct partner strategy reviews and performance monitoring
• Support operational strategies for partner engagement
Requirements:
• 5+ years in partnerships or strategic account management
• Proven sales experience in complex environments
• Knowledge of group benefits and well-being sectors
• Solid skills in Salesforce and analytical tools
• Ability to influence and communicate at all levels
