Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth across Mejuri’s Corporate Sales and Events channel. This role will focus on sourcing new opportunities, booking corporate events, and managing relationships that generate incremental revenue through private shopping events and bulk corporate gifting.

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, and converting them into booked events and bulk orders. This role will work closely with retail teams to ensure successful event execution while owning the revenue target for the corporate sales channel.

What you’ll do Business Development & Pipeline Generation
  • Proactively source and pursue new corporate event and gifting opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, and partnerships
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified corporate clients interested in private shopping events and bulk gifting
  • Convert leads into booked events and corporate orders to drive revenue growth
Event Bookings & Coordination
  • Manage the client-facing booking process for private events and corporate gifting opportunities
  • Collect and share necessary event details with store teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Support clients in selecting the appropriate event or gifting format for their needs
  • Drive revenue through corporate gifting, bulk orders, and private shopping events
  • Present corporate packages, pricing, and promotions to prospective clients
  • Track opportunities and bookings within CRM systems (Hubspot)
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the booking process
  • Identify repeat opportunities and referrals within existing accounts
Reporting & Operations
  • Track pipeline activity, bookings, and revenue performance
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure proper handoff of event details to internal teams
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health and upcoming events
What you’ll bring to the team
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Strong ability to generate new business and manage a sales pipeline
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and timelines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms like Hubspot, Apollo, and Linked In Sales Navigator.
