Commercial Industrial roofing sales closer

Location: North York

Staffinity is seeking a Commercial Industrial flat roof salesperson for a large Canadian company. If you've been estimating jobs but have no incentive to leverage your contacts this is the position for you. Uncapped commission and the opportunity to combine solid estimating and outbound hunting/closing skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with base salary, commission, benefits and vacation. The shift is daytime hours, Monday to Friday and the salary range is 65-80k.

Earn 250k+ in commissions, benefits and vacation. A vehicle will be provided.
Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial/industrial sector.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in B2B sales in the roofing sector

Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a strong asset
