As a key member of the PIC Canada team, you will utilize your strong analytical and communication skills to build customer relationships that enhance business performance. You will engage in solutions tailored to address customer needs while negotiating contracts and resolving issues effectively. The role requires extensive travel, about 50%, locally and internationally, ensuring you maintain excellent client connections across diverse cultural environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with clients to boost revenue
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Create and manage budgets for assigned accounts
• Negotiate and sustain customer contracts
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly
Requirements:
• University degree in Animal Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in swine sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
