Account Executive in HR Sales

As the Inside Account Executive, you will engage with HR leaders, ensuring they benefit from what McLean has to offer. This role blends account management with sales, requiring proactive communication and the ability to identify client needs. Participate actively in building client relationships and utilizing your networks to fuel both personal and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client accounts with regular service engagements
• Conduct marketing outreach and cold calls
• Facilitate communication with Research and Product Teams
• Generate referrals and pursue new sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
Requirements:
• Minimum College Diploma or relevant degree
• At least 2 years B2B sales or 5 years with a diploma
• Strong skills in opportunity identification
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Business understanding and active listening capability
