As a key player in our sales strategy, you will manage your client portfolio while identifying new business opportunities. With over three years of B2B sales experience, you will lead product demonstrations and ensure clients derive maximum value from CoStar's offerings. This position is ideal for candidates who are adaptable and possess outstanding engagement abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in real estate
• Manage and grow client accounts with tailored strategies
• Conduct product demos and provide onboarding support
• Foster relationships through in-person meetings and events
• Represent CoStar's brand and values in all interactions
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years B2B outside sales experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit institution
• Track record of exceeding sales targets
• Background in client management and post-sale support
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory history
