Sales Executive - Founding Team

Become a key player at Reflow as a Sales Executive on the founding team. This position focuses on developing sales and customer engagement strategies for our workforce intelligence platform.
As part of your role, you'll lead the sales process from outbound outreach to closing enterprise-level deals with a strong focus on customer value. Collaborate closely with founding members while refining Reflow’s go-to-market approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the entire sales process efficiently
• Facilitate discovery, demos, and negotiation conversations
• Convert support leads into successful sales
• Maintain detailed sales pipeline and deal tracking
• Collaborate with Product to convey insights from clients
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years as an Account Executive in enterprise sales
• Proven track record in B2B software sales
• Strong skills in conducting demos and presentations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Bonus for experience in data or BI sectors
