This key role involves close collaboration with the VP of Sales and the sales team. You will be responsible for tracking opportunities, managing quotations, and improving internal processes. Your input will help enhance communication, accountability, and operational efficiency throughout the sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer and sales opportunities in CRM
• Monitor and report on sales pipeline activities
• Support the preparation and management of sales documentation
• Coordinate internal communications for project transitions
• Assist the VP of Sales with meeting agendas and action tracking
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in sales operations or administrative support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and business management tools
• Detail-oriented with proven time management capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools
