In this dynamic role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for multiple Vena customers, providing them with exceptional service while ensuring their needs align with company offerings. The position emphasizes relationship building and strategic execution to foster account retention and growth through renewals and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Create and implement growth-focused account plans
• Control the renewal and expansion sales processes
• Deliver accurate forecasts and pricing proposals
