In this critical role, you will manage the merchant growth strategy, driving success through nurturing existing accounts and expanding new opportunities. Your strong background in upselling and client management will contribute significantly to achieving sales targets while fostering deep-rooted relationships. With a strong commercial mindset, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Ethoca's platform and address any client challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage renewal sales process and seek upselling opportunities
• Develop client sales contracts and negotiations to closure
• Strengthen customer relationships for enhanced account stickiness
• Lead efforts to promote Ethoca platform adoption
• Conduct regular business reviews with senior stakeholders
Requirements:
• Track record in enterprise client engagements
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and contract renewals
• Proficient in Cyber Security and payment ecosystems
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Capability for international travel
