In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge for achieving new ARR goals and scaling a high-performing sales team focused on public infrastructure. Your expertise will drive the sales strategy, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create a seamless go-to-market strategy that positions the company as a leader in predictive sales intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish disciplined forecasting and pipeline management
• Define account segmentation and ensure team alignment
• Create effective sales playbooks and qualification frameworks
• Build and develop a top-tier sales organization
• Guide deal strategy on complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities
Requirements:
• 20+ years in enterprise sales leadership
• 10+ years in VP/SVP roles with a proven scaling track record
• Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Proficiency in sales methodologies and modern revenue tools
• Knowledge of public infrastructure or data-driven markets
