You will lead regional directors and field sales reps across the country, own the national commercial strategy, and be actively driving growth in the builder and developer channel. This is a hands-on, on-site role that requires real presence, real travel, and real accountability.
You are probably a fit ifYou have spent meaningful time selling into, or leading teams that sell into, commercial builders and developers. The product you sold matters less than the channel you know. Countertops, flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, windows, doors, HVAC, building materials of any kind. If you know how to win in the builder channel and how to build a team that does the same, we want to talk.
Therole
- National leadership of a large, distributed sales organization across 8 regions
- Drive commercial growth in multi-unit residential, developer, contractor, renovation, retirement living, and government verticals
- Own the multi-year commercial strategy with P&L accountability
- Coach regional managers and reps on how to actually grow business, not just manage it
- Get in front of key decision makers at the executive and project level and close large, long-term deals
- Regular national travel and on-site presence is expected and essential
