Key Responsibilities:
• Focus on business development and client management

• Build a comprehensive candidate pool and maintain relationships
• Drive recruitment lifecycle to meet and exceed targets
Requirements:
• Successful background in Recruitment or Customer Service
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability in cold calling and booking client meetings
• Strategic thinking and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite a minimum of 2 days per week
