In this inside sales role, the Account Development Representative will engage with prospects for Beanfield’s business products and services. You'll help qualify incoming inquiries and orchestrate outbound communications to drive sales growth. Collaboration is key, as you'll coordinate with various teams to achieve sales objectives and participate in marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualify inbound inquiries to create new business opportunities
• Initiate and manage outbound discovery calls and campaigns
• Meet and exceed targeted sales quotas
• Coordinate sales activities with different internal teams
• Track sales activities and maintain information in CRM
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Business or related field
• 1-2 years of B2B sales experience in telecommunications
• Knowledge of VOIP and Internet technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
