Elevate your customer service skills as a Leasing Consultant with Minto. Help prospective residents navigate rentals while providing exceptional support, working evenings and weekends.
Minto is seeking a leasing consultant to guide potential residents through the rental process. This role requires proactive communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will also work with marketing teams to optimize media use and ensure properties are always “show ready”.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents
• Enter leads accurately into the CRM system
• Conduct tours of properties and available suites
• Assist applicants with online application completion
• Verify applicant suitability through credit and income checks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required, sales experience preferred
• Minimum of two years in sales roles
• Proficient in Salesforce and Yardi preferred
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle required
• High energy and willingness to work evenings and weekends
