Destination Toronto seeks an accomplished sales leader with a minimum of five years in hospitality sales. You will cultivate business leads for multi-hotel packages and convention facilities with an eye on high-impact events. Your responsibilities include managing complex sales cycles and cross-border business travel, focusing on key vertical sectors to meet annual sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop proactive leads for convention facilities and hotels
• Collaborate with partners to uncover potential business events
• Manage high-stakes sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Plan and execute promotional client outreach and site visits
• Represent the organization at relevant industry events
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience in convention sales
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Higher education preferred in relevant fields
