You will take charge of the sales process from initial pipeline generation to closing, with an emphasis on new logo acquisition. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full sales cycle for Mid-Market accounts
• Create and manage significant sales pipeline independently
• Adopt a solution-oriented approach to customer challenges
• Facilitate consensus among key stakeholders
• Showcase products through compelling demonstrations
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of closing experience with high ACV deals
• Strong background in complex sales environments
• Proven track record of generating own leads
• Familiarity with Talent or HR sectors preferred
• Persistent and action-driven sales approach
