Become a part of Audi Downtown Toronto as a Sales Consultant, responsible for selling both new and pre-owned vehicles. This role emphasizes customer relationship building and meeting sales quotas.
Audi Downtown Toronto is seeking a Sales Consultant who will excel at fostering customer relationships to achieve optimal sales results. This position involves managing incoming sales traffic, qualifying prospects, and facilitating vehicle appraisals. Additionally, you will liaise with various departments to ensure a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish relationships with customers for vehicle sales
• Handle sales inquiries via phone, internet, and in person
• Qualify prospects and arrange trade-in appraisals
• Liaise during negotiations between customers and sales management
• Close sales effectively by overcoming objections and negotiating prices
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ontario G Driver’s License and clear Driver’s Abstract
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Excellent customer service capabilities
• OMVIC registration required
