As a Sales Consultant, you will serve as the primary contact for clients at Acura Sherway in Toronto, ON. This position requires a consultative approach to selling new and pre-owned vehicles, accessories, and services. Build long-term relationships, anticipate client needs, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction while managing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and recommend vehicle options
• Meet sales targets with high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
• Execute the full sales process, from presentations to deliveries
• Close sales effectively while managing profitability
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or 2 years of automotive sales experience
• Valid OMVIC license and clean Class G driving record
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to work evenings
