As a key player in our commercial organization, you will leverage your 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field to support processes and deliver actionable insights. You are expected to have strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce to enhance operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lead routing and qualify sales opportunities
• Conduct market research to identify growth segments
• Develop sales reporting and operational tools
• Maintain CRM data integrity and improve workflows
• Build dashboards and reports for performance metrics
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in Sales Operations or related field
• Advanced Salesforce and Google Suite skills
• Experience with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• SQL proficiency is a plus
