Position Summary

From our 150,000 sq. ft. facility in Toronto, we design, manufacture, and decorate AK-branded uniforms and teamwear for sports teams, schools, and promotional companies.

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow our Quebec customer portfolio. This role is responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey. As the primary point of contact for customers, the successful candidate will manage accounts, prepare quotations, support order fulfillment, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Robust communication skills in both English and French, along with a proactive and customer-focused approach, are essential to success in this role.

Essential Functions Sales Growth & Business Development
  • Achieve annual sales growth targets within the assigned territory and customer portfolio.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand customer relationships to drive retention and long-term growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, research, and territory gap analysis.
  • Promote company products in a consultative manner to support customer success and revenue growth.
  • Conduct consistent outbound outreach and follow‑ups to generate and advance sales opportunities.
Pipeline & Sales Activity Management
  • Maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual targets.
  • Progress opportunities through the sales cycle in a timely and structured manner to ensure momentum.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM records, and sales activity tracking.
  • Ensure all customer interactions, tasks, and opportunity updates are properly documented in CRM systems.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring timely support and resolution of inquiries.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships through proactive communication, regular outreach, and scheduled engagement.
  • Support customers with quotations, product guidance, and order‑related coordination from request to completion.
  • Apply a consultative approach to strengthen customer confidence and encourage repeat business and account expansion.
Account & Territory Management
  • Conduct structured account reviews to identify risks, opportunities, and growth strategies.
  • Research and develop new leads through industry associations, organizations, and market segmentation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify territory growth opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage order execution and customer needs to ensure smooth account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Graphic Design, Production, Shipping) to ensure seamless customer delivery and support.
Reporting & Accountability
  • Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective action where required.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM discipline in line with company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal sales policies, processes, timelines, and operational requirements.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Fully competent in written and spoken English & Quebec French.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management or a related business development role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
  • Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.
