Elevate your sales career with Alternative Payments as a Business Development Representative in Toronto. Engage in outbound efforts, refine strategies, and connect with service-based businesses from the downtown office three to four days a week.
In this hybrid role, you’ll be pivotal in shaping the financial operating system for SMBs while mastering outbound prospecting in a fast-growing environment. Ideal for those with a sales background or passion for fintech, you'll make 80 to 100 calls daily to drive engagement and convert leads into revenue. Collaborate closely with Account Executives while contributing to the development of scalable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance metrics
• Learn and understand the fintech landscape and MSP ecosystem
• Work with sales leaders to refine outreach messaging
• Participate in coaching sessions for ongoing personal development
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in outbound sales or relevant roles
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High internal drive and resilience to rejection
• Organized, with a systems-oriented approach
• Friendly towards constructive feedback and self-improvement
