Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with customers to discuss their advertising needs

• Track customer interactions in Salesforce CRM

• Maintain high standards of customer experience throughout interactions
Requirements:
• At least two years of relevant customer-facing experience
• Ability to educate customers on advertising solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaborative tools
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
