As a Business Transient Sales Manager, you will develop and manage corporate accounts to achieve hotel revenue goals.
Your role will include negotiating corporate rates, building relationships with key clients, and influencing weekday room nights. You’ll collaborate with various departments to maximize total hotel revenue and ensure client satisfaction, maintaining strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage corporate client relationships and retention
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify upselling opportunities
• Respond to client inquiries and RFPs in a timely manner
• Develop strategic sales plans aligned with hotel revenue
• Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of hotel sales experience
• Familiarity with RFP platforms and hotel systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Self-motivated with time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
