At Mindspire Solutions, we are looking for a motivated Career Counselor/Sales Associate with at least two years of measurable sales experience. You will engage prospective students in consultations, drive enrollment success, and maintain vital client relationships. This position requires a strong focus on client conversion and outreach while fostering a collaborative office culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students

• Guide clients through the application and enrollment processes

• Proactively generate and manage new leads

• Maintain timely follow-ups to build trust

• Contribute to marketing campaigns and social media content

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on sales experience

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Confidence in front of the camera for video content

• Impeccable professional presentation

• Strong command of American English
