Forge Outside Sales Representative Position

In this role at Forge, you will connect with gym owners, fitness directors, and training managers to understand their needs. Your primary goal is to present customized equipment solutions while building lasting relationships. This position requires driving sales, managing leads through CRM, and delivering impactful presentations via phone, email, and video.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and close business with gyms and fitness centers
• Build and manage warm and cold lead pipelines
• Deliver customized product presentations to potential clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
• Collaborate with teams for customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• 1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with outbound activities and virtual selling
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
• Passion for fitness equipment is a plus
