Maximize sales throughout Central Canada as the Regional Business Development Manager for Wakefield. Focus on key account development and relationship management to drive commercial growth.
In this role, you will implement comprehensive business plans, ensuring sustainable sales increases within assigned territories. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Territory Sales Managers while leveraging Wakefield’s CRM to enhance account management. Your innovative and energetic approach will elevate the customer experience across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strategic business plans for key accounts
• Cultivate and manage existing business and new prospects
• Maximize sales for key accounts and distributor groups
• Partner with marketing to create compelling customer presentations
• Conduct training sessions and represent Wakefield at trade shows
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a related field
• Strong account management and presentation skills
• Proven track record in territory sales management
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite and CRM tools
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
