Position: Leasing Consultant with Tricon
Become a vital part of Tricon’s mission in downtown Toronto as a Leasing Consultant. This role involves engaging with potential residents and showcasing our properties.

As a Leasing Consultant, you embody the Tricon brand, driving leasing activity and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include educating potential residents, conducting suite viewings, and negotiating leases. You will thrive in a community-focused environment within the rapidly growing multi-family market in downtown Toronto's Garden District and Corktown areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property showings and connect with potential residents

• Respond professionally to inquiries and enhance customer experiences

• Maintain accurate leasing documentation and handle administration

• Monitor and report on sales path and market performance

• Participate in marketing efforts to enhance community awareness

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service

• Required high school diploma; a degree is a plus

• Familiarity with MS Office and Yardi desired

• Excellent communication and attention to detail required

• Physical capability to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
