Associate Partner Development Manager
Join the dynamic Revenue Operations team at Index Exchange as an Associate Partner Development Manager, reporting to the Director, Centralized Account Management. Located in Toronto, this role focuses on supporting our 2000+ scale customers and acting as a catalyst for growth.
Responsibilities- Strategic Account Growth & Relationship Management:
Manage day‑to‑day customer queries while identifying and cultivating growth opportunities within existing accounts. Proactively analyze customer business priorities to position Index offerings and anticipate future challenges. - Exemplary Customer Service & Anticipatory Solutions:
Provide top‑tier customer experiences by resolving issues efficiently and anticipating needs before they arise, strengthening loyalty and strategic relationships. - Operational Excellence & Process Optimization:
Execute all operational tasks with precision, streamline processes for greater efficiency, and monitor HAM, mail merges, programs, and account troubleshooting. - Establish feedback mechanisms with cross‑functional teams and maintain accurate data in Salesforce CRM to support decision‑making.
- 2‑3 years of client‑facing experience emphasizing sales, growth, and customer relationship management.
- Strong sales/growth mindset with a proven ability to expand customer accounts and drive business growth.
- Demonstrated skill in managing customer relationships focused on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Operational acumen, able to handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM platforms, and data‑driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Understanding of the online advertising industry (ads/publisher/network models, ad serving, media trading, RTB) is a plus.
- Nice to have:
Bilingual in French, German, Spanish, or Japanese.
