Collaborating with entry-level consultants, you will manage sales calls, follow-ups, and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless leasing process. Your adaptability and initiative will be key as you nurture relationships with potential tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and occupancy targets for properties

• Assist entry-level consultants under management guidance

• Manage sales calls and email follow-ups

• Update leasing workflows and process applications

• Conduct daily inspections of vacant suites

Requirements:

• Degree or relevant experience in sales

• 2-3 years in sales/customer service environment

• Strong motivation to assist potential renters

• High-level computer skills, Yardi is an asset

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
