As a Cedar Home Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in the consumer business. This high-energy sales position requires 2–5+ years of experience in real estate or fintech. You will qualify leads, maintain pipeline hygiene in Hub Spot, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and convert inbound leads through calls and emails
• Own Hub Spot for accurate tracking of leads and transactions
• Coordinate between clients, brokers, and Cedar teams
• Build relationships with mortgage brokers and realtors
• Track and report sales performance and insights
Requirements:
• 2–5+ years in sales or customer success roles
• Strong understanding of home buying processes
• Proven experience managing a high-activity sales pipeline
• Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed
