Sales Enablement Director

Position: Sales Enablement Director at Quark Expeditions
Lead strategic sales initiatives with Quark Expeditions as the Director of Sales Enablement. Oversee multiple teams, enhancing their tools and training to drive success in this hybrid role.

As the Director of Sales Enablement, you will report to the Senior Director of Global Inside Sales. This hands-on leadership role demands a mix of strategic planning and execution, focusing on Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Client Experience teams. Your mission will be to streamline processes, enhance learning programs, and implement effective sales technologies for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the enablement roadmap for diverse sales teams

• Develop and execute onboarding and continuous learning initiatives

• Optimize sales tech stack, including Salesforce and analytics tools

• Design scalable sales processes and maintain comprehensive playbooks

• Define metrics for sales performance and adoption rates

Requirements:

• Extensive sales enablement experience in global sales

• Hands-on skills with B2B sales technology, especially Salesforce

• Proven success in developing effective learning programs

• Ability to drive commercial outcomes through enablement

• Experience supporting global organizations
