Sales Executive, SAP Platform Services

You are: a growth‑focused sales professional who has successfully created positive impact through year‑on‑year business expansion. You know how to run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You develop relationships with key buyers and decision‑makers at new and existing clients by utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest cloud‑based technologies.

As a Sales Capture Senior Manager you will shape, sell and close large deals that are single or multi‑service. Your role will involve originating opportunities, qualifying them, shaping and selling, negotiating and closing, and leading these opportunities from qualification to deal close to achieve profitable sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Create solutions to complex technology business problems and opportunities requiring in‑depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
  • Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry‑leading strategies and practices.
  • Have latitude in decision‑making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
  • Operate within large teams and direct specific team sales activities.
  • Travel may be required for this role; the amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience originating new SAP Consulting opportunities within the Energy vertical.
  • Minimum of 8 years originating and shaping complex deals for a major consulting and/or professional services organization.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales pursuit management experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct sales with quota preferably in excess of $10M.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience selling.
  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.
Bonus Points
  • Experience working within G2000 customers.
  • Experience with C‑Level client relationship building and management.
  • Proven ability to operate within a team‑oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
  • High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility and character.
Compensation

Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation based on full‑time employment for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role and does not represent a maximum limit – in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.

Role Location – Annual Salary Range

British Columbia / Ontario: $143,950 to $193,950
