About the Role

Suite Source has partnered with a rapidly growing, certified Net Suite Alliance and Suite Success Partner to find a visionary VP / Head of Customer Growth & Professional Services . This executive-level position owns the commercial post-sales ecosystem. You will operate at the highest strategic tier of the organization, partnering directly with the Director of Consulting—
you define WHAT needs to happen (growth, retention, expansion, packaging), while they manage HOW it gets executed .

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Ownership: Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across the client base, overseeing high‑value renewals, upsells, and cross‑sell roadmaps.
  • Managed Services Strategy: Architect, price, and scale a recurring Managed Services model designed to smoothly transition implementation accounts into long‑term retainer agreements.
  • Account Governance: Build deep C‑suite alignments across key enterprise client accounts and champion Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Ecosystem & Advisory: Position the firm as a premier strategic advisor within the Net Suite partner channel while maintaining high‑value billable executive advisory hours.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership within Customer Success, Professional Services, or Enterprise Account Management.
  • Demonstrated success owning post‑sales financial metrics such as NRR, ARR expansion, and churn mitigation.
  • Proven experience building or scaling predictable, recurring Managed Services frameworks within consulting ecosystems.
  • Strong background in ERP platforms (Net Suite preferred), SaaS, or global IT consulting models.
  • Masterful business acumen with the innate ability to engage and negotiate with C‑level stakeholders.
