Elevate your sales expertise as an Emerging Business Representative at Softchoice in a hybrid setting. Focus on building customer relationships and securing deals through effective prospecting and upselling.
In this hybrid role based in Toronto, you will reach out to clients with less than $500,000 in spending potential. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming client calls, closing transactional renewals, and diversifying the customer base via Softchoice solutions. You'll create opportunities in Salesforce and respond to quote requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming client purchase requests
• Follow up and close on transactional renewals
• Upsell to accounts in your territory proactively
• Manage opportunities and client profiles in Salesforce
• Set up clients on the Softchoice portal
Requirements:
• 1+ years in B2B or B2C sales
• College or University degree required
• Openness to flexible hours for various time zones
• Proficient in relationship building and sales closing
• Strong communication skills to engage clients
