Head of Sales Enablement
Elevate sales performance at Cohere as the Head of Sales Enablement. This strategic role focuses on crafting tools and training that lead to outstanding sales results. As the Head of Sales Enablement, you will build and execute a creative enablement strategy that supports our energetic sales team in high‑stakes environments.
Your role will encompass the development of frameworks, resources, and training programs aligned with Cohere’s growth in the AI sector. Collaborate with various teams to ensure that enablement plays a critical role at every sales stage.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate and design a comprehensive sales enablement function
- Align a multi‑year roadmap with product evolution
- Generate essential resources like battle cards and demo scripts
- Integrate enablement throughout the sales lifecycle
- Set KPIs and utilize analytics for strategy refinement
- 10+ years of sales enablement experience
- Proficiency in enterprise sales methods and CRM systems
- Demonstrated success in building effective training programs
- Ability to influence at the executive level
- Bachelor’s degree in Business; MBA preferred
