As a crucial member of Enercare Inc., you will provide exceptional support in achieving corporate sales objectives. This role requires interfacing with customers to deliver product information, assess HVAC needs, and promote Enercare’s comprehensive range of services. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer queries about HVAC and services
• Promote Enercare products while seeking upselling opportunities
• Achieve KPIs for sales conversion and call efficiency
• Create comprehensive customer care cases as needed
• Participate actively in training and mentor new staff
Requirements:
• Sales or call center experience required
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce
