As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in our inside sales team. This position demands a proactive approach to sales, requiring at least 25 outbound calls daily and achieving an average of 20 contracts monthly. Strong sales execution and lead tracking are crucial to driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a healthy prospect pipeline
• Ensure prompt responses to incoming leads under one hour
• Educate prospects on the value of CPS merchant status
• Deliver strategic recommendations to clients
• Utilize Salesforce for timely lead tracking and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 1-2 years of experience in outside sales
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with Chase's offerings and pricing
• Knowledge of AML policies related to merchant applications
