Take charge of omni-channel sales strategies as a Commercial Lead at H&M's Toronto office. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales plans and campaign execution for your customer groups.
In this on-site role, you will report to the Commercial Manager and ensure all commercial activities align with the overall sales strategy. Your responsibilities will include managing the tactical sales plan and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective execution. You will regularly analyze sales and demand forecasts to guide commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define the omni-Sales Market agenda for customer groups
• Develop demand plans and set tactical approaches
• Manage pricing strategies in conjunction with the Commercial team
• Review sales forecasts and implement tactical actions
• Visit stores to optimize performance and gather insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• 3+ years in eCommerce or Retail merchandising experience
• Expert knowledge in merchandising and business acumen
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision making
• Strong communication and planning abilities
