Are you a highly driven, results orientated individual who is ready to take the first step towards an exciting career in a company committed to your success? Marino’s Automotive Group is looking for a Sales Consultant at Honda Queensway in Etobicoke!

The Sales Consultant will be the subject matter expert for all customers looking to purchase a vehicle at Honda Queensway. You will be responsible for providing high‑level quality customer service by ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience at Honda Queensway. If you have a passion for customer service, a sales oriented background, and a drive for creating long lasting customer relationships, then this role is for you!

• Work with clients to understand their needs.
• Respond to client concerns and questions.
• Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, available services, pricing and key features.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for each and every client.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• 1-3 Years in a sales background.
• Valid OMVIC certification.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Experience with Honda and OEM is an asset.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Self‑motivated with excellent work ethic.
• Ability to problem solve and have high attention to detail.
• Loves a fast paced environment.
• Computer skills and understanding of technology.
• Experience with PBS software considered an asset.
• Working in Sales Department.

• Compensation range: $70,000 CAD - $120,000 CAD
• The range may vary based on experience and qualifications.

This compensation encompasses commission, non‑discretionary performance bonuses, and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
