Join Quark Expeditions as the Sales Enablement Director, leading innovative initiatives to enhance sales team capabilities in a global setting. This role marries high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will implement best practices and maintain a roadmap that empowers both Inside Sales and Client Experience teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Own the global sales enablement strategy and roadmap
• Build impactful onboarding and continuous learning programs
• Lead the full sales technology stack management
• Design efficient sales processes and playbook libraries
• Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
Requirements:
• Significant experience in sales enablement or similar roles
• Proficient in managing B2B sales technologies and Salesforce
• History of executing successful enablement initiatives
• Experience in a global sales capacity
• Dual strengths in strategic planning and implementation
