Dandy is building its Business Development Representatives (BDRs) team to fill the sales funnel and enhance growth. In this role, you will initiate contact with dental practices while utilizing outbound strategies to generate leads. With over a year of professional sales experience, you will actively collaborate with senior sales leaders to meet key performance indicators and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial contact for dental practice prospects
• Use email, phone, and creative channels for outreach
• Track sales activity with Salesforce and other tools
• Overcome objections and pitch the Dandy value proposition
• Partner with Account Executives for client handoffs
Requirements:
• 1+ years of professional sales experience
• Familiarity with cold calling, especially SMBs
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Ability to navigate ambiguity quickly
• Track record of professional and academic success
Leverage your sales expertise in a hybrid environment to support Dandy’s growth in the dental technology sector.
