Embark on a fulfilling sales journey with L.G. Home Comfort as a Home Comfort Advisor. This role involves guiding homeowners to achieve customized HVAC solutions.
L.G. Home Comfort is looking for motivated individuals to fill a fully commissioned Home Comfort Advisor role. You will consult customers, generate quotes, and maintain detailed records. Additionally, resolving customer concerns is key as you stay updated on the latest product offerings and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with customers to identify comfort needs
• Generate accurate quotes using internal sales tools
• Maintain detailed records in company systems
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Collaborate to improve sales processes
Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years HVAC sales experience preferred
• Valid G-Class driver's license
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated with excellent organizational abilities
