Hunt relentlessly for new healthcare clients (net-new logo acquisition)
Identify and close new business opportunities across hospitals, long-term care, community care, and public-sector healthcare organizations
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
Consistently exceed revenue and activity targets
Build trusted relationships with senior healthcare decision-makers
Track pipeline, activity, and performance metrics in CRM
Stay ahead of healthcare staffing trends and procurement activity

Experience closing new business
, not just managing accounts
Comfort selling into complex organizations and senior stakeholders
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and performance
