As a crucial part of Dentalcorp, you’ll enhance operations and collaboration between Crescent Oral Surgery and four Endodontic Specialists clinics. Your background in business development, particularly in healthcare, will support the reduction of referral leakage and ensure a superior patient experience. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and excel at relationship building, this role is ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build a targeted referral network of dentists and healthcare professionals
• Conduct in-person visits to strengthen referral relationships
• Increase referral volume for oral surgery and endodontics
• Serve as a liaison between clinics and the network
• Track referral activity using CRM tools
Requirements:
• 2–3+ years in business development or sales
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM tools and reporting
• Comfort with field-based work and travel
• Post-secondary education in a related field
