Trevant is searching for a full-time Senior Business Development Representative to spearhead pipeline generation for their innovative creator marketing team. This pivotal role works closely with the VP, Sales and cross-functional teams to develop effective outreach strategies, manage leads, and achieve revenue targets. As the pipeline expands, this role is designed for growth into a full-cycle Account Executive position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own daily pipeline generation activities through calls, emails, and outreach
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine conversion strategies
• Manage opportunities from initial contact to closing sales
• Maintain CRM hygiene in Hub Spot, updating deal stages accurately
• Engage in sales calls, providing notes for proposals and RFPs
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in an SDR/BDR or sales role
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hub Spot
• Strong client management capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in creating impactful proposal decks
