As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will have a key role in customer engagement, account management, and retail operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented approach, and the ability to support customers in person, over the phone, and via email. Your goal will be to foster long-term relationships, manage accounts effectively, and ensure a clean and welcoming retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with customers

• Manage customer accounts and monitor payments

Requirements:
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in retail, finance, or leasing

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
